SERFOND is a company the specializes in brass die-casting and manufacturing brass cap nuts.
It was 1977 when Ghidini Sergio and his father founded the Fonderia MnF Ghidini Virgilio (MnF Ghidini Virgilio Foundry) that became Serfond in 2011.
Production Process
The equipment we employ for the production of die-cast parts consists of presses operating with the cold-chamber process. The molten brass alloy is poured in the mould and subjected to pressure so that the material fills every part of the mould and produces a shiny cast.
As well as working on commission, we also make and sell die-cast brass nuts. Thanks to specially equipped transfer machines specifically designed to provide nuts with high-precision threading, our products are always of excellent quality.
